EU AI Act compliance
Foundational and advanced support for the staged AI Act deadlines: transparency and limited-risk duties from 2 Aug 2026, GPAI rules already in force since 2 Aug 2025, Annex III high-risk obligations from 2 Dec 2027, and Annex I product-embedded systems from 2 Aug 2028. (Systems already placed on the market before 2 Aug 2026 get a grace period to 2 Dec 2026 for Art. 50(2) machine-readable content marking.) Dates as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 (Digital Omnibus on AI), which also adds new prohibited practices under Article 5 from 2 December 2026.
